Having worked in a number of roles in his career in property, Andy spent the last 6 year working for Knight Frank, firstly running their Battersea and Riverside offices and advising on some of the capital’s most popular projects like the award winning Battersea Power Station, before relocating with his family to open up Knight Frank’s Cheshire location, with a focus on the prime market and those buyers and sellers looking for truly best in class property and service.

Whilst buyer representation might be commonplace in other parts of the country, Andy felt there was a gap in the market in the North West for a dedicated, buy side advisory who could guide their clients on their property journey, whether they be looking for their forever home in the Cheshire countryside or an high performing investment asset in one of the North’s many thriving cities.

With a wealth of contacts across the worlds of property, finance and sport, he is able to tap into an extensive network to source properties not widely available, and with a firm but amenable nature has built up relationships with the region’s most best property professionals and developers, so that our clients can often be the first, and only, people to see a property.

His straight-talking approach to business is built on a framework of trust, integrity and hard work, and he relishes the chance to get to know new clients and what drives them. A highly personal and bespoke process, Andy advises a client like he would a family member, with their sole interests at heart; as such much of Private Purchase’s business comes from personal referrals.
