Identification and negotiation
Not all properties are created equal. Floor, view, size, layout - these are all factors which need to be considered when trying to find the best unit. We will liaise with developers to identify the best units available in any particular scheme and then negotiate aggressively on your behalf to secure the best price and terms.

The legal process
Serving as the link between you, your solicitor, mortgage provider and the developer we will oversee the conveyancing and keep you constantly updated as to the progress been made. We are fully involved here to make sure that there are no surprises and we can get you to an exchange of contracts in a timely and stree free manner.

Build progress and handover
Post exchange, if you have purchased an off-plan property we will monitor the developers progress and provide you with regular updates on development and construction milestones. We will conduct all snagging checks on your behalf to make sure the property is handed over in perfect condition ready to be placed into the rental market.

Rental and return on investment
Alongside our letting partners we will devise a marketing strategy to maximise the rental income, as well as negotiating on your behalf to minimise any related fees. Once the property is tenanted we can also provide management services to make sure that your asset is taken care of and the longevity of every tenant maximised.
