    It all begins with a no-obligation meeting, either in person or virtually, so we can really understand what your perfect purchase would look like, as well as it's underlying motivations. It's important for us to build up a real understanding of you as clients as well as the type of property you are looking for.

  • Research

    Via our extensive network we put together a list of available properties, both on and off market, as well as analysing those that seem to offer value. We will also use our contacts across the property industry and modern software to ascertain whether there are suitable properties completely off market to which we could make a direct approach

  • The search

    After compiling our initial shortlist we will preview the options on your behalf, report back and then accompany you viewing any which seem to fit the bill. Whilst 95% of our searches conclude in 6 months, there is no time limit - we simply work with you until we find the perfect property

  • Negotiation

    Upon identifying a property that you love, we will enter into negotiations to secure it at the best price, on the best terms. Whilst we have excellent relationships with most estate agents, it is worth remembering that they act only on behalf of the seller - we act as a counterbalance in the transaction, acting solely in your interests. 90% of the time we save our clients more than double our fee.

  • The legal process

    After agreeing the sale, we manage the whole conveyancing process, liaising with yourselves as well as solicitors, surveyors, agents and any other related parties. We endeavour to make this process as simple, stress free and efficient as possible, whilst undertaking thorough work to ensure you are making the right decisions.

  • Completion and beyond

    Our work doesn't stop when you get the keys. Not only do we offer a full concierge service in terms of getting the house ready for occupation, but we have an extensive black book of contracts for every imaginable trade and service, which you can immediately tap into as our clients. We can assist with project management to make the process as seamless as possible.

Sometimes it makes sense to rent, rather than buy. The upper end of the rental market can be equally as competitive as the sales market, caused primarily by a lack of supply.
